  ABOUT OSTEOPOROSIS
In osteoporosis, bones become brittle with age and are more likely to break. It affects women about 4 times more often than men, and usually occurs after the menopause. Without exercising treatment options, osteoporosis will silently progress until a bone breaks. Such breaks occur typically in the hip, spine, and wrist.
