    Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen,
I am glad to be here today and to share with you some of the experiences that we have had with the development of a new undergraduate geriatric curriculum at the Medical School of Geneva in Switzerland.
    In my presentation,
I will briefly point out some of the most common issues which undermine the development of undergraduate geriatric curricula and shortly describe what we know about the efficacy of few teaching methods.
I will give you some background on the situation in Switzerland.
Then I will describe in more details the concepts and the design of our new curriculum.
Finally, I will give you the results of our first evaluation and try to draw few conclusions and perspectives.
