I am not sure that I understand your question. Do you mean that you are walking in your sleep and falling at night?

Sleepwalking, or somnambulism, is an arousal disorder in which undesirable verbal/physical events or experiences occur during sleep. These phenomena may sometimes be secondary to associated medical conditionsand may be caused by genetic, environmental, or physiologic factors. If you are sleepwalking, your doctor can help in determining if there is an underlying cause which can be treated or eliminated to keep you from falling and, perhaps injuring yourself, while you sleep. When sleepwalkers are in danger of injuring themselves, medications such as benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, and serotonin reuptake inhibitors may be useful in preventing sleepwalking. These medications can often be discontinued after 3-5 weeks without the return of symptoms.

If you are concerned about these night falls, consult your doctor.
