Have any of you heard of Integra. I just recently found out about it myself and it is great. I am a senior who lives independantly in a senior community. I have been alone for some time and have a hard time keeping track of my meds. I received some information about their program and called.

Basically they meet with you and help you develop a healthy diet, they monitor your meds, and they will even go with you to doctor appointments. This has been great for me because half the time the doctor is explaining to me and I don't know what he is talking about. The nurse is right there to explain to me what pills to take and how i should treat.

This has been a great program for me and I would recommend to anyone who lives in the Northern CA area. Let me know if any of you have heard of them yet
