It's very rare for people to reach their desired weight simply by counting calories or consuming slimming products.
Successful weight loss requires a permanent change of eating habits, together with adjustments in various lifestyle areas. The new program of the Swiss Association for Nutrition SAN shows that this can be achieved without loss of enjoyment or quality of life.
The program provides information, tips and practical exercises in all lifestyle areas that are of importance in achieving permanent weight loss. It offers checklists and menu plans, too, and kicks off with an analysis of individual eating habits: What are your eating habits?
You can now use the result of the self analysis to set your own priorities for tackling the following learning programs. Select the areas in which you've performed least well or in which you have the greatest interest. The following modules start with a questionnaire. Your actual performance is calculated based on your answers and accompanied by practical advice on how to improve your habits.
